This is my newest house plan. The entire front of the house is made out of brick veneer and the other sides are vinyl siding. It has the basic rooms most houses would and it comes with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The main floor has a family room, living room and dining room equipped with a bar. Feel free to leave a comment on wether or not you like my newest house plan. Thanks.

This plan is finally done and I hope it was worth the wait. I have been verybusy lately but I managed to get this one done. My favorite parts of this plan are how open the living room is with the entire downstairs and the size of the master bedroom. The master is equipped with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom which is standard with most of my plans. A few days ago I received an e-mail to make someone a custom house plan. He said that the house could be no bigger than 25 x 20. I decided to challenge myself to make a small house that would be suitable for one person or a couple. This plan is what I came up with. I had trouble making room for the living room but I feel like not much room would be needed if only one or two people are living in the house. Other than that I am very happy with how the plan turned out. The whole upstairs made into one bedroom would provide a lot of privacy from downstairs. The porch off of it could have both doors or just one door to it as an option. Hope you like it.

This is my newest creation. I am very happy with how this blueprint turned out. My favorite part of the house are the stairs, I wanted to be a bit different so I decided to make two ways of going upstairs. This house is very large so it had enough space for me to fit in four bedrooms. The bedrooms themselves are quite large so they could always be turned into a small family room upstairs. I would be lying to you if i told you this was a house plan because it is actually a cottage plan. I wanted most of the rooms to be smaller and I tried to pack everything together nicely. I feel that at a cottage you will not be spending much time inside anyways. Although the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, I still made the right side of the house on the main and second floor very open for a place to relax with a few friends or kill some time on a rainy day. I also wanted the house to feel very open right when you step in the door so I made the great room open from above. I added a bar off of the kitchen counter top, which i feel is an essential at a cottage. Hope you like it. Thanks.
