3D Rendering for A-1

When I was looking through my blog I decided it needed some more colour. I have been working on a 3D rendering of the house plan A-1. I gave the house a flat roof despite building regulations because I find that this is more of a concept design I wanted to try out. I hope you enjoy the house, feel free to leave a comment.

If you want to see the 2D blueprints of the house, they can be found HERE.

Cozy Cottage – Plan A-4

I would be lying to you if i told you this was a house plan because it is actually a cottage plan. I wanted most of the rooms to be smaller and I tried to pack everything together nicely. I feel that at a cottage you will not be spending much time inside anyways. Although the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, I still made the right side of the house on the main and second floor very open for a place to relax with a few friends or kill some time on a rainy day. I also wanted the house to feel very open right when you step in the door so I made the great room open from above. I added a bar off of the kitchen counter top, which i feel is an essential at a cottage.  Hope you like it. Thanks.

Spacious Bungalow – Plan A-3

This house plan I based off of plan A-1. This house is still a bungalow but I wanted to add more bedrooms. The master bedroom still has a walk in closet with a bathroom with his and her sinks. The kitchen and great room are still attached just as in blueprint A-1. The two car garage still has an attachment to give more room for a workshop or even for garage storage. Again, I hpe you like the plan and all comments are appreciated. Thanks.

Starter Family Bungalow – Plan A-1

The inspiration behind this house was a starter family. This plan only has two bedrooms, but at the same time is it quite large. I wanted to give a lot of living space into the bungalow.  I provided a nice bedroom for the master bedroom with a walk in closet and a master bathroom. As for the other bedroom, I provided them with a regular bathroom across the hall consisting of a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen and family room I tried to make very open, those rooms combined makes a lot of open space in the house which makes it look larger. I also gave the garage a workshop because… well every man needs a workshop.
