Freebie House Plans

My favorite part of this house is the loft over the garage with an enclosed bridge. The living room comes equipped with a cozy fireplace and has a high cathedral ceiling that is open to above. Another small feature is the built in book shelves in the office. This would look really nice with some interior designing. I hope you like this house plan.

The inspiration behind this house was a starter family. This plan only has two bedrooms, but at the same time is it quite large. I wanted to give a lot of living space into the bungalow.  I provided a nice bedroom for the master bedroom with a walk in closet and a master bathroom. As for the other bedroom, I provided them with a regular bathroom across the hall consisting of a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen and family room I tried to make very open, those rooms combined makes a lot of open space in the house which makes it look larger. I also gave the garage a workshop because… well every man needs a workshop.

I have been looking around the web lately and there seems to be a lot of tiny house designs recently. I figure the reason for this is because of the state of the economy at the moment, and the cost of land. By creating tiny house plans, you can minimize the space used on a lot.

This new house plan is equipped with all the essentials. It has a bathroom with shower, kitchen, a loft to sleep in, and even a TV. The window at the very top of the house is one of my favorite parts. As you can see in the 3D view of the house, the window is currently shaded. This is ideal for when it is summer, and you want to keep the heat out of the house. During the winter the sun can hit the big window, and the house will absorb heat. This is a green friendly design I tried to add into the tiny house.

I realize this type of house is not ideal for everyone, because some people like having their space. Me on the other hand would love a place like this because I feel comfortable and cozy in a small place like this.

I just recently started using revit, and I have made a new 3D view for my house plan A-10. This is also my first attempt at a more modern home.
